Relax at Beach Haven!
Spend time exploring or fishing in a canoe or rowboat. Mooring buoys are available at no charge for those with larger boats. Kayak rentals and tours are available in town.


Moran State Park

Spend the day at Moran State Park, located 10 miles from Beach Haven, where hiking and nature trails offer views and access to five different lakes, a water fall, small creeks, wild life, old growth and a trek to 2,409 foot high Mt. Constitution. This is a great spot for hikers and mountain bikers. Click here for more maps and information..





Dungeness and Rock Crabs inhabit Beach Haven waters, so feel free to bring your crab pots or rent one in town.



Wildlife abounds at Beach Haven - you may see bald eagles, seals, otters, deer, racoons, and all sorts of birds.



Beach Haven has the best playground on Orcas: play in the fort, swing on the swings, and climb the rope to the tubeslide! You can also enjoy Ping-Pong and horseshoes beneath fantastic old-growth trees.



Sometimes these massive creatures play just off the shore; and if you're serious about whale watching, charter tours are available.
