Reservations
- All reservations require a deposit of one-half your total charge (excluding 9.8% WA state tax).
- MasterCard, visa, personal checks and cash are all accepted.
- We are unable to accept new reservations for mid-June through August if your party has more than two guests.
Midweek Off Season Special
Reservations for Sunday-Thursday nights beginning October through February
(excluding holidays) will receive a discounted rate.

Check in and Check out
Check-in at 4:00pm. Check-out time is 10:00am.
These times may be more flexible in the off season. Check with the office if you are interested in an earlier arrival or later departure and we will let you know if we can arrange it.
Minimum Stay
Cabins
- Summer (mid-June through labor day) one week
- September 3 nights
- Holidays 3 nights
- The rest of the year 2 nights
Beachcomber
- Summer (mid-June through labor day) 7 nights
- The rest of the year 3 nights
Cancellations
There is a $25 fee for each cabin cancelled in a reservation. Advance
deposit ( 50% of total charge, excluding tax) is refunded (excluding the $25 fee)
if notified of cancellations within 7 days prior to reservation ( October - May
), 21 days for summer reservations ( June - September) and all holidays.
For any cancellations less than 7 or 21 days prior to your stay, the deposit is
forfeited unless we can re-book your cabin.
If you fail to cancel, no refund is made and we reserve the right to charge your
credit card for deposit amount.
No Pets Please
Beach Haven is home to many wild creatures that may be disturbed by domestic
pets. Please make other arrangements for your pets. Kennel assistance is available
on Orcas Island if needed.
Hi! My name is Cricket. I will be here in the office to greet you upon arrival. Meow. Old resort cat Lily passed away peacefully in June 2010 .
Additional Guests
There is an additional $15 per night charge for additional guests. Some
units do not allow for extra guests.
Cellphone Service
Due to our remote location cellphone coverage is limited at Beach Haven.
Service is available 3 miles away in Eastsound. Beach Haven offers an outdoor guest
phone that is available 24 hrs/day, although long distance calls require a calling
card.
Internet Service
There is no internet access available at Beach Haven. There is service
available at the internet cafe in town.
Visitors Policy
If you would like to invite friends or family members to visit you during the day or for a meal
please contact management for prior approval. Inviting others to visit creates more noise, less
space on the beach and parking issues.
