Beach Haven Resort - Orcas Island Washington

A cluster of private cabins tucked in along the northwest shore of Orcas Island, Beach Haven is the ultimate San Juan getaway - complete with breathtaking views, wildlife, and a huge variety of outdoor recreation. All cabins are furnished with wood burning stoves, full baths, kitchens and cozy living space. Each cabin has a secluded waterfront deck with a picnic table and BBQ.

* Please note that we are unable to accept new reservations for mid-June through August if your party has more than two guests. We have repeat summer familiies who return every year to our larger cabins. We are open all year so please let us know if you can visit any other time.

All three lodge apartments can be rented as one unit for a large group or family.

Reservations
All reservations require a deposit of one-half your total charge (excluding 9.7% WA state tax). MasterCard, visa, personal checks and cash are all accepted.
Midweek Off Season Special
Reservations for Sunday-Thursday nights beginning October through February (excluding holidays) will receive a discounted rate. Please email or call for this year’s discount.

Check in and Check out
Check-in at 4:00pm. Check-out time is 10:00am.

Cancellations
There is a $25 fee for all cancellations. Advance deposit ( 50% of total charge, excluding tax) is refunded (excluding the $25 fee) if notified of cancellations within 7 days prior to reservation ( October - May ), 21 days for summer reservations ( June - September) and all holidays.

For any cancellations less than 7 or 21 days prior to your stay, the deposit is forfeited unless we can re-book your cabin.

If you fail to cancel, no refund is made and we reserve the right to charge your credit card for deposit amount.

No Pets
Beach Haven is home to many wild creatures that may be disturbed by domestic pets. Please make other arrangements for your pets. Kennel assistance is available on Orcas Island if needed.

Additional Guests
There is an additional $15 per night charge for additional guests. Some units do not allow for extra guests.

Cellphone Service
Due to our remote location cellphone coverage is limited at Beach Haven. Service is available 3 miles away in Eastsound. Beach Haven offers an outdoor guest phone that is available 24 hrs/day, although long distance calls require a calling card.

Internet Service
There is no internet access available at Beach Haven. There is service available at the internet cafe in town.
